monthly report on team members commits and on team members who didn't commit

is it possible to create a monthly report on the number of commits with the team member's id and the team member's ids with 0 or no commits for the month

The Awesome Charts app offers that sort of statistic per contributor. It don't know if it is convenient for you: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210934/awesome-graphs-for-bitbucket?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview

(On the other hand, I am not sure if the number of commits is a very relevant metric to measure developer productivity.)
