lost my google authenticator and recovery code. How to log in to bitbucket account ?

my google authenticator codes reset without my any action . My company bitbucket admin try to access codes but failed. I dont want to open a new company mail.

How to Disable/Reset 2FA on Bitbucket Cloud and Atlassian Account
