is mirroring Cloud source repository with Bitbucket Server hosted onprem Repo supported?

I am aware that mirroring between Google Cloud Source Repository and Bitbucket Repo hosted on cloud works.

I would like to mirror a bitbucket repo (on-prem hosted) on Google Cloud source repository.

Is it supported ? If yes, please share the reference documentation for the same.
