how to publish maven library for android using bitbucket or bitbucket piplines

Hello there i want to publish my android library on maven  which is hosted on bit-bucket,

I am doing this using bit-bucket pip-line but getting errors like below 

bash create-settings.sh

+ bash create-settings.sh

bash: create-settings.sh: No such file or directory

can I publish my library from directly android studio same as like using GitHub we can do it? assemble - publish (and repository published on GitHub) or we need to do it only using pipelines?

can i do it like below using bit-bucket or need use other approach

I'm not very familiar with the maven repositories configuration itself, but I found the following article with step-by-step instructions on how you can publish your maven libraries to a bitbucket repository :
