The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
I made my team member an administrator, but he can't create projects in bitbucket, how can I fix it?
Hi, @Andrey Baevich! Welcome to the community!
In order to be able to create a repository under a workspace, the user needs to have the "Create repositories in this workspace" permission. In this case, you can either edit the group you have created or create a new group and select this option. You can follow the next steps to edit this group:
Access the workspace > Settings > User groups
Select the group you have created and click on Edit
Then, select the option "Can create repositories in this workspace" and click Confirm:

After that, all users under this group should be able to create repositories under this workspace.
Please let me know how it goes and feel free to share any additional questions or concerns regarding this case.
Kind regards,
Caroline
Beginning on April 4th, we will be implementing push limits. This means that your push cannot be completed if it is over 3.5 GB. If you do attempt to complete a push that is over 3.5 GB, it will fail...
