I stopped receiving email notifications at least when it comes to comments and updates on pull requests. 

Other team members are receiving notifications.

This is because your email address has been added to the Atlassian suppression list. Raise a support ticket for them and asked for your email to be checked if it's on the suppression list. Usually it is.
