I created one user. Give him permission to write. He can't pull from visual studio and every time when he tried to push, it ask for credentials.

Assuming that the user has read through our documentation related to the change and has successfully configured an App Password in Bitbucket Cloud, please suggest that they try the following configuration in Visual Studio:
GIT URL - https://workspaceID@bitbucket.org/
USERNAME - Username
PASSWORD - AppPassword
