My team gives me a bitbucket account. When I login in. It tell me to enter two-step code but i don't have the code or I click forgot code and your team send me email but it has no any email in my inbox

I see you have already opened an internal ticket with the bitbucket support team and one of my colleagues will be in touch with you soon on that ticket.
However, I would just like to share that I noticed your email was added to a suppression list because your mail server has bounced the Atlassian email with the following error :
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
I already removed it from the suppression list so you should be receiving email as usual again.
Please note that the 2 verification reset has a 24-hour waiting period after you request it during the login by clicking on Forgot code > Send recovery e-mail when prompted for the 2SV code.
After 24 hours, you will receive an email with a one-time-only link which will allow you to log in and reset the 2FA.
