bitbucket install question

Hello, I want install bitbucket on my server, but after install, I access bitbucket by http://ip:7990, there is nothing in the page , there is some WARN in start log , can you help me find out what is the problame?

some logs:

The warnings you provided above are expected on a new install. In the log, do you see any errors?
