Hi Santhakumar and welcome to the community!

I see that you have created a support ticket for this issue and one of my colleagues let you know that the most likely reason for the build failures is the length of all combined pipeline variables' names and values.

The following doc was shared:

If the length of all combined pipeline variables' names and values exceeds 120k, you will need to reduce them. Otherwise, you can reach out via the support ticket for further investigation.
