after claiming all users and deactivating some workspace is not visible anymore

Hello Experts,

There were 2 workspaces available and 1 had all the repositories but after i claimed all the users in atlassian admin and then deactivated some of them I see the workspace is not visible at all. So basically I lost access to all the repositories.

I reactivated all the users but the workspace is not visible anymore. 

Does it mean all the repositories are now lost or can I somehow get it back ?

There should be no issues if your account or workspace hasn't been deleted. However, please provide the name of the workspace you can't see to further assist. With this information, I can promptly review the matter on our end.
