Your account was in Inactive state due to a long period of inactivity.
I've just set it to Active again, so you will be able to log in as usual.

Does using a different browser help? I checked to see if there were any bitbucket bugs, and only maintenance is in progress today, Jan 26 https://bitbucket.status.atlassian.com/
