account inactivity protection

Is there any period of user inactivity resulting in protection of repositories to be modified via API for ex.?

I wrote a simple web app to display my repository issues in a more concise manner. It reads the public issues data with API without authentication and adds new issues the same way but with simple authentication. I didn't log to my atlassian account for at least 2-3 months or longer. Afterwards my issues were still correctly listed in json via Bitbucket API. However it was impossible to add new issues via POST request with simple authentication. I started to review all the code to track any errors and in the meantime logged in to Bitbucket cloud. From this moment on, the web app started to work correctly as usual and new issues got correctly added.
