Our workspace admin account is not accessible anymore. How can we change the admin in these cases?

If your Bitbucket Cloud workspace admin account is no longer accessible and there are no active administrators, you will need to reach out to your internal IT team so they can help you gain access to the email address associated with the previous admin account.
It's important to note that to recover any account, you must have access to the primary email address associated with it, as this is the unique identifier used by Atlassian to prove ownership.
Once you have access to that email, you can go to the Atlassian login page and use the "Unable to access your account?" link to reset the password. After resetting the password, you can log in and change the administrators of the workspace by navigating to Workspace Settings > User Groups > Administrators.
