Where did my BitBucket account go?

I haven't used Bitbucket for nearly a year now and it "seems" to have lost my account. It looks like Atlassian has taken control of Bitbucket now(?). Either way, the odd thing is that I can use my Bitbucket credentials to login to Atlassian, but Bitbucket is saying my account doesn't exist and therefore I can't get access to my repo (assuming it still exists).

What happened?

Bitbucket was always owned by Atlassian but recently they migrated all the accounts to use Atlassian id. That might be the case here.
