I might not be able to renew may stash on time.

What will happen if my stash license expired? Can stash still function normally?

In theory your Stash instance should continue to function normally. If it works like JIRA and Confluence, you may get a warning message about your licence and you won't be eligible for Atlassian support or upgrades until you renew.
