What is the minimum version of Bitbucket Server required to use migration tool to Data centers?

My current version of Bitbucket server is 4.11 and we would like to migrate to Bitbucket Data Centers with our Pull Request history. 

 

Does the Data Center migration tool support version 4.11?

The Data Center migration tool was added in Bitbucket Server 5.14.
