Just so you, I've removed the e-mail you shared in the description of your questions for privacy reasons, so you don't have your personal information public on the internet.
For the error you reported, checking our internal email logs I see that the e-mails were being bounced because of some policy implemented in your e-mail provider, which was preventing the e-mail to be received on your end.
However, looking at the more recent attempts you made, it seems the e-mail went through and was successfully delivered. Could you please confirm if that is the case and if you received the e-mail already?

i have domain which is hosted at A2 hosting when i singup from that domain we do not received email for verification why?

Sorry to hear this. Could you let me know what email address you used to sign up here or the domain in question? Perhaps I can investigate this further with a bit more information. Sometimes our system will suppress outgoing mails to some email addresses if we have received previously bounced emails when attempting to send to an address. If we can learn the specific address, we should be able to resolve this.
