Using v.1.0, how can I get permissions of all users in a specific repository?

https://.../git/rest/api/1.0/projects/{Project}/repos/{reponame}/permissions/users

is only showing the repo creator as admin knowing that i have 2 admins in this repo..

I need to get all users of a repo with their permissions or by filtering by name or permission.
