Using Source tree, diff , reverseing hunks. If I reverse two humks prior to commiting: BAD

Using Sourcetree diff to compare to a master copy, and reversing hunks that are not required to be changed for a particular purpose, it seems I am limited to one hunk.  I must commit after reversing a hunk, or the attempt to reverse a second hunk prior to commiting fails with some kink of error message.

So I end up with a huge string of commits!
