For a few days I'm unable to create workspace, keep getting this error:

For your error you have to contact Atlassian Support, as it is specific to your instance or application. Raise an support ticket from https://support.atlassian.com/.

But if you want to try something, try as below:-

Clear History, clear cache and check.
