Unable to access user directory in bitbucket admin center

Hello, 
We are running bitbucket Server 5.16.0.
Users are synchronized from an AD and some are in the internal bitbucket directory.
After deleting a user in the internal bitbucket directory, it is now not possible to display the administration page for configured user directories.
We have the following error message : 

Could not find servlet for: /bitbucket/plugins/servlet/embedded-crowd/directories/list


My question is how to fix this problem?
