We got 5 sys. admins configured in Bitbucket Server.
When a new update is available in the UPM an email notification should be sent out to the administrators, at least according to the documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/managing-notifications-315327260.html
The problem is that this notification is only sent to 1 out of our 5 system admins.
