Too many webhook dispatches already in flight in Bitbucket server

Hi ALL,

Can someone help me to resolve this issue on my Bitbucket server and am not able to trigger my build against my changes in repo.

Here, restarting the server may help - I've had a case where a mirror wasn't reachable for a prolonged time, and after that these errors popped up. Seems the mirroring protoocols use webhook code, and don't properly close them sometimes. That situation then won't go away by itself ever.
