I'm making a bot for bitbucket with an dependency for telegrambots included. If I'm working with a rest plugin module and if I add the dependency for telegrambots I get an error. The error is going about: "The resourceconfig does not contain any root resource classes."

Can someone explain me why this happens and how I can fix this problem?
