The remote authentication server is not available. Please try again later on bitbucket server

Hi Team,

i have cloned my existing bit bucket server and created a new instance out of the cloned AMI. I have also cloned the RDS and mapped to the new instance. In my existing crowd server i have added application for newly built bitbucket server. But i am unable to login to my new bitbucket server. It throws error as "The remote authentication server is not available. Please try again later." i am able to reach the crowd server from my bitbucket server. I have checked community related to same error but their scenarios are different. 

Can any one share the thoughts on what went wrong with my new server? how can i fix it?
