Testing Application Links

I have an application link between Bamboo and Stash, configured as Trusted Application, which does not seem to be working.

Is there any way I could test it? Perhaps some command line "curl" to verify what is being answered?

Specifically, build status is not being updated back in Stash.

Hello Daniel,

I believe the application link from Bamboo to Stash must be configured to use Basic Access for the build status being updated in Stash (docs). Is it possible that you have only Trusted Application set up and no Basic Access?

As for troubleshooting&testing:
1) one thing would be to check atlassian-bamboo.log files to see if there is anything suspicious there (exception?)
2) second thing is to check "build result summary" page and "system errors" page to check for errors. If Bamboo was unable to send the build status it should add an error message to one of those two pages

Right you are. I wonder how I missed it all this time, but thanks.

There's nothing on either build result summary, nor on system errors, however, though the build status was definitely not sent.
