Team API Key

Gaetan Boulard February 7, 2017

I am administrator of a team, and want to generate an API key.
There is no "API key" tab under "Access Management", and entering the complete url ( https://bitbucket.org/account/user/<myteam>/api-key/ ) redirects me to https://bitbucket.org/account/user/<myteam>/

Is this feature gone / behind a paid wall ?

Thanks to Rey Chooi from the support team, I could clarify this issue:

Hi Michael,

Good day! Thanks for contacting Bitbucket Cloud Support.

The API Keys feature is now being deprecated, hence you will not be able to see it while it's being deprecation is being deployed out progressively. This is align with our move over to the usage of APP Password which has a better usage with configurable permissions.

APP passwords are available on individual accounts, and can be used through the access permission given to the individual account on the Team account.

Hope this clarifies. Please let us know if you require further clarification.

Thanks!

Regards,

The same problem on my side!

The funny thing is that when I klick on "Access controls" the Link appears. And as soon as I click on it I am redirected as well and the Link disappears. Can anybody help?!
