Stop forcing an User to change password on First login to Jira SD - Data Center

How can I stop forcing an User to change password on First login to Jira SD (Jira Service Management ) - Data Center/Server. Version : 4.13.4

You do not. You could try hacking the core of SD's code to stop asking, but that would be unsupported and a big security hole.
