Stash LDAP Connection Error

Hi there,

We're currently evaluating Stash (and looking to purchase) but we are coming across and intermittent authorisation issue.

Most of the time it seems to work fine but now and then Stash is unable to connect to the LDAP server. I can log in with an internal account and then I do a quick test it can see the LDAP Server but it cannot authenticate a users credentials.

It seems to have this problem for a random period of time and then it sorts itself out.

I've looked at the log and all I can see is a connection timeout. I can't really find anything relating to this in the knowledge base and our LDAP service is running fine for a multitude of different systems. We don't have any other Atlassian products installed.

If you haven't already you might want to raise a support ticket and attach your logs so we can take a look.
