Hello, I am relatively new to Bitbucket version control. I have run into a Sourcetree authentication issue that is preventing me pushing committed files from my local repo to the cloud repo.

See in the image below the red exclamation on the remote icon. I am logged into Bitbucket and my credentials on Sourcetree are correct. I just updated to ver 3.4.19. I have an access token configured for Bitbucket in my software source. All looks correct here to me!

Any ideas of what I am missing here?

Hi @smcgivne

Welcome to Atlassian Community

Try below

navigating to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree and remove the passwd file.

Once this file is removed, restart SourceTree and execute a fetch or something else that requires access to the repo in question.

SourceTree will then prompt you for your password, rewriting the cached credentials.

Let me know if it helped.
