Could you help me to fix the error > 'Someone has already added that SSH key'.

The error means that someone else is already using this SSH key.  You must use a different key.

Do you know how to understand what account and platform use the same key?

It doesn't matter, you should not be sharing keys between accounts.

You should create a new key for your new account and use that instead of using a key that belongs to another account.
