Secure (TLS) connect to Oracle or Postgres Edited

I am looking to find out if there is a way to connect to the database (Oracle or Postgres) securely from the Bitbucket application.  I have an audit issue where the connections are detected as insecure.  The installation/configuration documentation only lists the insecure port's connection.

Additional setup configuration.  We have bitbucket installed on RedHat instance in AWS.  The backend database is Oracle RDS in AWS.  Oracle RDS has ports configured for secure/tls connections but there is nothing I can find in the Bitbucket configuration to change to set up for the secure connection.
