Hey! How are you? im looking for professional advice. One of our admin employees was hacked, which resulted in our workspace being taken down. Is there any way to find a backup of this?
I would advise creating a ticket with the support team so we can check our logs, see what happened, and advise you on options.
The license selected when you created the community question is on a paid billing plan, so you can create a support ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
In "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product.
In "What is the impact to your business?" please make sure to select "Level 1" to ensure a timely response
In "Give us more details" please provide the URL of the affected workspace and also the date of the deletion
