Hey! How are you? im looking for professional advice. One of our admin employees was hacked, which resulted in our workspace being taken down. Is there any way to find a backup of this?

I would advise creating a ticket with the support team so we can check our logs, see what happened, and advise you on options.
The license selected when you created the community question is on a paid billing plan, so you can create a support ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
If it was an account password that was compromised, we strongly recommend that the user resets their password via https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword
If it was an app password, then the app password can be revoked via this page: https://bitbucket.org/account/settings/app-passwords/
