Pushing from git bash 11GB, nothing on remote repo

Edited

A friend of mine, and my collaborator in a Unreal Engine project, pushed her local changes (it should be around 25GB). The push upload just 11GB, but in repo they doesn't appear.

Also, build minutes and storage are still zero.

I have submited a credit card, and I have a free plan. The repo were imported from Github (it's been deleted there).

We are operating on repo through SSH authentication.

Where are those 11GB? And why build minutes and storage are still zero?

EDIT: this is the error message in git bash

Writing objects: 100% (950/950), 11.36 GiB | 4.41 MiB/s, done.
Total 950 (delta 176), reused 0 (delta 0), pack-reused 0
fatal: the remote end hung up unexpectedly
