Same issue as this one...
We’ve started facing the same issue that Dominik mentioned in the above question. Suddenly, in the last couple of days, we no longer see the linked issue in the Jira issues sidecar within the Bitbucket pull request, which blocks us from transitioning the Jira issue within Bitbucket when merging. As you can see from the below screenshot, we've tried adding the issue Id in PR title, description, branch name and even in commits.
However, like Dominik, we still see the linking in Jira’s development section without any issues.
Could someone help provide some insights on this.

Our engineering team is currently investigating this particular issue on the Jira side card panel of Bitbucket Pull requests.

I'm happy to share that our engineering team has found the issue causing some delays in the linked Jira issue showing in the pull request.
This issue has been fixed, and you should be able to see the linked issues as usual from now on.
Could you try opening the pull request again and let us know how it goes? You might need to refresh/reload the page for the issues to show up.
