Problem when clicking on Jira issue in Bitbucket

When I connect Bitbucket to Jira Issues, and I click on an issue, it says that I don't have access to the issue, but I am the admin, so I should have the access:Screenshot 2021-11-29 173727.png

Hi, @Aviad! Welcome to the community!

May I ask the browser you're using? Could you please try to open it using Chrome, for example, and click the Jira issue link to see if you are able to open it?

Just to let you know, currently, we support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. If you are experiencing this issue in one of these browsers, could you check your browser’s version and update to the latest stable version, if necessary?

I hope this helps, but do let me know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Caroline

I tried now in Edge, and it worked.

In Brave browser (based on Chromium), it is not working.

I hope you will add support to it,

Thanks

Hi, @Aviad,

Thanks for getting back to us and confirming it worked in Edge.

About adding Brave to our supported browsers, we already have a feature request for that:

I would suggest that you add your vote there (by selecting the Vote for this issue link) as the number of votes helps the development team and product managers better understand the demand for new features.

You are more than welcome to leave any feedback, and you can also add yourself as a watcher (by selecting the Start watching this issue link) if you'd like to get notified via email on updates.

Implementation of new features is done as per our policy here and any updates will be posted in the feature request.

Kind regards,
Caroline
