Problem logging into bitbucket

Hi, I'm trying to log in to bitbucket.org, but I'm getting an error that I'm attaching as an image. Additionally, the error throws a code to go to support, which is:

65a307f2a4c94aa48c4c965274bc1b6e

I need to activate the account in bitbucket and add it to jira to work together.

Hi @julian gonzalez,

Welcome to the community.

It seems your Bitbucket Cloud account was inactive due to not logging in to Bitbucket.org for a long period of time.
For that, I went ahead and reactivated your Bitbucket Cloud account.

You can now log in to Bitbucket.org again.
