Plugin for Atlassian products (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) to execute scripts

I am looking for a plugin for Atlassian products (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) to execute scripts written in python or shell. The scripts are suppose to perform some automated activities on user action. 

For example, if want to create pull request (Using available APIs), start a build (Using APIs), update jira description and other details (by calling APIs), send out emails to observers by clicking a button in Confluence page. All the required activities will be performed thorough a script but need a way to execute script from confluence which can run on confluence server and perform task. Going further, looking for scheduling the script execution and update confluence to reflect the status of execution. 

If there is any available plugin or macro that can help accomplish above requirement or any help to create a new one.

At the moment, we don't provide that kind of tools. For this kind of questions, my recommendation would be to head to our Developer Community where you can find a huge group of developers that might be able to give you some tips.
