Permissions to approve PR requests but not decline

I need bitbucket user with permission to approve PR request but not decline. Let me know how to achieve this as I don't see such settings in UI

I'm afraid that it's not possible at the moment to restrict who can decline a pull request. However, we have a feature request to implement this in the Bitbucket cloud as you can see here:

I would suggest that you add your vote there (by selecting the Vote for this issue link) as the number of votes helps the development team and product managers better understand the demand for new features.
