Passphrase issue

I have already generated the SSH key few months ago, I am not sure which passphrase I have used and I dont remember at all.
This SSH key generated is  common to all repos  from BitBucket, I can see SSH key under Manage account from Bitbcuket and below is the path for private key and public key which I have generated long back.
Now how Can I get that passphrase? is there any way to retrieve it? 
and In case if I retrieve that passphrase same passphrase I should give same passpharse in the VCS edit area  (upload key) in teamcity, am I right?
