Passphrase issue

I have already generated the SSH key few months ago, I am not sure which passphrase I have used and I dont remember at all.
This SSH key generated is  common to all repos  from BitBucket, I can see SSH key under Manage account from Bitbcuket and below is the path for private key and public key which I have generated long back.
Now how Can I get that passphrase? is there any way to retrieve it?
and In case if I retrieve that passphrase same passphrase I should give same passpharse in the VCS edit area  (upload key) in teamcity, am I right?

Hi, @Shyam,

I saw that you created a ticket with our support related to the same question and they have already answered you, so to avoid any possible misunderstandings or miscommunication that may arise from discussing the same matter on two different platforms, let’s focus on the ticket instead.

Once the ticket is resolved, feel free to share the resolution here to help other community members that may have the same issue.

Kind regards,

Hi Bitbucket Team,

I have changed to premium plan, Can I expect support now promptly and through screensharing?
