PR Merge/Decline buttons missing?

Hi,
I'm admin on a free Bitbucket repository. Recently (in the last few days) I've noticed that the Merge/Decline buttons have disappeared from the PR UI. I've added my account with "Merge via pull request" permissions under "Branch permissions" but that makes no difference (and was not previously required). Is this a known issue? Thanks.
Here are the permissions that I configured, in case it matters:
