Our new user (email@example.com) can not receive the invitation mail.
It was succeeded once before but after that she have never gotten email from us.
I think there is a problem on her account(firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please help us on this problem.
In general - we have to wait for sometime after creating the new user mail account . for some reason it is rejecting and unfortunately there is no log to show that it is failed .
As per my understanding in your case this is happening as per recent security changes in the Atlassian mail security settings . I suggest if a mail failed- at least inform back admin that it failed .
Solution is -contact support and they will whitelist it .
