Notification Arns Not Working

I'm attempting to leverage the NotificationArns option in the Extra_Parameters, but it does not seem to work.

I've confirmed that the SNS topic ARN is valid, and there are no error being thrown during the running of the pipe.

@Clayo84 please, clarify what pipe are you using? We have about 15+ AWS pipes.

Do you mean aws-cloudformation-deploy pipe?

Also, please, share with us the pipes log with traceback (desirely from the start of pipe execution), so we can start to find the root cause.
