Not receving Account verifcation emails

I am trying to create a new account for a new dev from our domain. Email is created and working, but your "verification email" is not arriving?

Seen other posts that you have some sort of email suppression list can you check if it please?

Hi, John, welcome to the community! 

I checked the email you shared here and confirmed it had a block on the server that prevented emails from being sent to them, so I removed this email from the suppression list.

Just to give you some context around this issue, it can occur when the system tries to send an email to the user and the account does not exist yet, is not activated, or it rejects the email for some internal reason.

Could you please ask them to test it now and confirm if they receive the email?
