Not receiving password reset email

Hi, 

I have tried to reset my account password. However I do not receive password reset email via <email removed for security reasons>

Can you please assist?

I have checked our server and confirmed your email doesn’t have any blocks that could be preventing emails from being sent to your address. So, could you confirm if you have tried to reset your password using the following link?

Hi @Jonathan Prince Nkansah 

Welcome to the community

If ou are not receiving a password reset email ther is only one reason i can think of, and that is that you are probably using a wrong email address.
