I have checked our server and confirmed your email doesn’t have any blocks that could be preventing emails from being sent to your address. So, could you confirm if you have tried to reset your password using the following link?

If ou are not receiving a password reset email ther is only one reason i can think of, and that is that you are probably using a wrong email address.
