Not getting invitation email

I am not receiving anything but it is showing from my senior's side that invitation is sent successfully. Please check if my email is also in the suppression lists.

Your email address in not in our suppression list. Our email logs show that all emails we have sent to your email address have been delivered to your mail server.

I suggest the following:

  • Ask your senior to double-check that they have invited the correct email address.

  • If the correct email address has been invited, check the Spam folder in your email.

  • Check if there are filters in your email account that would make our emails skip your inbox.

  • If the correct email address has been invited, you don't see the invitation in the spam folder and there are no filters that would make our emails skip your inbox, please reach out to the administrator of your mail server and ask them to look into why our emails do not make it from your mail server to your inbox. The delivery of our emails to your mail server is successful.
