Not able to enable hooks using api

Hi Team, i am trying to enable the hooks in the project settings in bit bucket using api call.

while i am trying to enable it using below URI provided by bit bucket but not able to do it.

'http://{baseurl}/rest/api/latest/projects/{projectKey}/settings/hooks/{hookKey}/enabled'

but i am getting the below error(attached as image) .

but when i am enabling manually in bit bucket and disabling again, then i am calling the api, its enabling the hook settings.

don't know why it's happening.

BitBucket Version - 7.2.1
