I've got a new user in our company needing access to our code. He signed up for an account but does not receive his verification email. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've verified that the email address is correct and can receive email from other addresses. I saw similar questions posted that were resolved by Atlassian Support. If you need me to email you the email address in question, please let me know.
