Need help making automatic mirror of Bitbucket Server repo to Bitbucket Cloud repo to work.

I could manually clone a Bitbucket Server repo to local pc, create a remote pointing to a manually created repo on Bitbucket Cloud, create a commit, and pushed from local pc to new repo.
However after configuring the Mirror Hook for the Bitbucket Server repo to automatically mirror pushed commits to the Bitbucket Cloud repo, then pushing a commit from local pc to Server, i do not see automatic mirror ( push ) of same commit / changes from Server to Cloud.
Do you have some material online that covers the usual mistakes for this tasks ?
Or a procedure to get this task done correctly ?
Or some troubleshooting tips for this ? Thanks!
